    Plastic Plugs (1)

Plastic plugs are lightweight anchor fixings, ideal for solid substrates. These plastic plugs are used to seal and protect internal threaded holes from damage, dirt, rust, and further corrosion. If you are looking for a light-duty wall plug, our selection of plastic plugs including yellow plastic plugs, red plastic plugs and brown plastic plugs are ideal for securing screws into masonry walls.  Our plastic plugs at Speedy Fixings provide a secure, compressive, and permanent fixing, ensuring plastic does not corrode in the way that other metals and organic materials would.   We also have a selection of other solid anchor fixings which can be used for similar masonry walls and substrates. For instance, you may be interested in our nylon plugs, nylon fixings or hammer-in fixings which are commonly used to secure timber or plastic.

We have an extensive range of lightweight anchor fixings which are ideal for solid substrates. This includes our plastic plugs, nylon fixings, hammer-ins and nylon plugs which can be used for a variety of solid and hollow materials.   Nylon plugs are used when attaching or hanging items to solid surfaces like masonry walls, ensuring that fixings are secure, stable, and firmly adjusted into place. You can use a nylon plug across all trades, inside and outside in a range of sizes. Whether you are looking for a 5mm nylon plug or a 14mm nylon plug, we have the supplies available at Speedy Fixings.  Nylon is also an ideal material for temperature resistance and stability, which means that it can withstand high temperatures and wear, reducing anchor failure. If you would like some further advice regarding the fixing that is most suitable for your application, contact our team and we can help.

    Nylon Frame Fixings (2)

At Speedy Fixings, we have a selection of light-duty nylon frame fixings including the 8mm nylon frame fixing and the 10mm nylon frame fixing. These plugs are ideal for fixing timber to masonry surfaces in a timely manner, with a high-quality finish.  There are many other benefits when it comes to using nylon fixings, including their functional and specialised structure. The nylon frame anchor features anti-rotational wings which help to keep the plug secure and in place when being drilled, therefore stopping it from rotating. Not only this, but the wedge-shaped geometry of the fixing helps to evenly distribute the load into the drill hole, again, creating a neat and uniform finish.  Whether you are looking for an 80mm length fixing or a fixing at 160mm, we stock all varieties for you to choose from. You may also be interested in our nylon plugs or our hammer-in fixings which further provide an effective finish for solid substrates.

We stock a variety of lightweight hammer-in screws at Speedy Fixings, which are ideal for attaching solid substrates. Whether you are looking for a steel nail in anchor, a metal nail in anchor or a zinc hammer screw, we have all the supplies available.  Hammer-in fixings are typically used to secure timber, metal, plastic or PVC to window frames, doors, and masonry. The hammerscrews feature a plastic sleeve which is used to help direct the screw when drilling into a hole. These fixings, therefore, provide a quick and easy-to-use solution for solid surfaces.  We have many different sizes available amongst our range of solid hammer in screws, including 60mm hammerscrews and even 140mm hammerscrews, helping to complete any size job.
